At MÌREL, every piece is meticulously handcrafted, and we take great care in ensuring thatyour jewelry arrives safely and securely. Below are our shipping policies and estimateddelivery times.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We offer domestic and international shipping. All orders are shipped from Houston, Texas.
Domestic Shipping: Available across the United States.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes (see Section 5).
2. SHIPPING TIMES
A. In-Stock Items
If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within one week.
B. Made-to-Order Pieces
If an item is made to order, please allow approximately 3 weeks for production beforeshipping.
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping times do not include production time for made-to-order pieces.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated shipping options include:
Standard Shipping (Domestic) – Estimated 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping (Domestic) – Estimated 1-3 business days
International Shipping – Estimated 5-10 business days (varies by country)
We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS to ensure safe and secure delivery.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.
If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@mirel.co.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS DUTIES
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes, which aredetermined by your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees incurred during internationaltransit.

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order is shipped, MÌREL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packagescaused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with yourcarrier and neighbors first.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

7. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT & INSURANCE
Orders over [$X amount] may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
We offer insurance options at checkout for added protection on high-value shipments.
8. ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address after it has beenprocessed.

9. PRE-ORDERS & SPECIAL RELEASES
For limited-edition pieces, pre-orders, or special releases, shipping times may vary. Estimatedshipping dates will be provided at checkout or in product descriptions.
