At Mìrel Fine Jewelry, we take great care in ensuring your pieces arrive safely and securely. Below are our shipping policies and estimated delivery times.
Shipping Origin
All orders ship from Houston, Texas, USA.
Production & Lead Times
- Ready-to-ship pieces: Shipped within 5 business days of order confirmation.
- Made-to-order pieces: Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production before shipping.
- Custom or bespoke pieces: Timeline discussed during consultation; typically 6–12 weeks depending on complexity.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Once production is complete and the piece ships, shipping times depend on the method selected at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: $50 — 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: $70 — 1–3 business days
All domestic orders are fully insured and require signature at delivery.
International Shipping
- Europe & UK: Standard $100 / Express $150
- Asia & Middle East: Standard $150 / Express $200
- Canada, Mexico & North America: Standard $100 / Express $150
All international orders are fully insured. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for estimated charges.
Insurance
Every order ships with full insurance coverage. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@mirel.co within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date with your order number, and we will assist with the claim process.
Signature Required
All orders require an adult signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once a package is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the shipping insurance policy.
