Welcome to Mìrel Fine Jewelry. These Terms of Service govern your use of mirel.co and the purchase of our products. By using our site, you agree to these terms.
About Us
Mìrel Fine Jewelry is a fine jewelry house founded by designer Mìrel Baysal. Each piece is handcrafted in 18k gold by master artisans in Istanbul, Turkey, at an RJC-certified atelier. Our company is Barcode Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
Your Purchase
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept or decline orders at our discretion. Your order is confirmed only when we send an order confirmation email. We may contact you to verify details before fulfillment.
Please review your order carefully. Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our pieces, we may not be able to accept cancellation requests after an order is confirmed.
Lead Times
Ready-to-ship pieces typically ship within 5 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order pieces require 4–6 weeks of production time before shipping. Custom or bespoke orders have their own timelines, communicated during the design consultation.
Prices
All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is collected where required by law. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping
All orders are shipped insured. Domestic and international shipping options are provided at checkout. We ship from Houston, Texas, USA. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier, customs processing, and circumstances outside our control.

Product Information
We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, small variations in appearance, measurements, and stone weight are natural and expected. Screen colors may differ from actual products.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, photographs, logos, and text — is the property of Mìrel Fine Jewelry / Barcode Ventures LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Account Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Mìrel Fine Jewelry, not with Shopify. Shopify processes payments and hosts this website but is not a party to your transaction with us.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mìrel Fine Jewelry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Harris County, Texas.
